Located in beautiful downtown West Jefferson, Boondocks Restaurant is a proud local favorite with deep roots in Ashe County. Founded by veteran Gary Brown and now owned by long-time employee Kristen Hodges, Boondocks has always been built on community, hospitality, and a passion for bringing people together.

 

Boondocks Restaurant was home to Ashe County’s first commercially licensed craft beer brewery, which has since moved to its new home at The Brew Haus. Today, Boondocks continues to offer a unique Craft Comfort dining experience featuring delicious food, a full-service bar with 20 craft beer taps, catering services, indoor and outdoor seating, a pet friendly covered patio & beer garden, live music, and private party options.

Boondocks Brewing's Tap Room & Restaurant located at 108 S Jefferson Ave, West Jefferson, NC is our main Restaurant location with the High Country's best Craft Beer selection and a hearty and diverse menu with both inside and covered outside full service dining areas. We are pet friendly and have a casual Beer Garden where our guests can hang out and enjoy the great weather and fresh Mountain air.

Boondocks Brewing's Brew Haus located at 302 S Jefferson Ave, West Jefferson, NC is the home of our Brewing operations. We invite you into our cool Brew Pub/Tap Room environment and offer a quick service menu. The Brew Haus is also the home of Ashe County's first roof-top deck (the Sky Deck) where you can take your drinks and food and enjoy a 360 degree view of downtown West Jefferson.

In addition to our 'Brick and Mortar' locations we also offer offsite catering from casual to formal. We also have our Mobile Craft Kitchen and our Mobile Beer Bar that we can utilize to help make your event even more special. There is always something going on at Boondocks Brewing.
